MELBOURNE I currently practice as a Holistic Counsellor.
I'm a registered Communication Therapist (BA Speech Pathology, Hons 1) with a Post-Grad Diploma in Psychology, MA Psychology (in progress). I am also a Certified Mental Health Coach with psychotherapy-based training (Parts/IFS Work), Sauna Master, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner.
Outside of clinic, I am a writer, author and experienced business leader. I am a mother of a daughter, a neurodivergent person, and a breast cancer survivor. I have a multitude of parts, an inclination toward nomadism, and a recurring chapter in my life: Europe.
